1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Antique Identifier Veritas mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Antique Identifier Veritas app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Antique Identifier Veritas at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Service Description

Antique Identifier Veritas provides artificial intelligence-powered antique identification and valuation services. The App allows users to upload photos of antique items and receive estimated valuations and historical information. These valuations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional appraisals.

4. User Content

By uploading images or other content to the App, you grant Antique Identifier Veritas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload such content.

5. Disclaimer

The materials and services provided through Antique Identifier Veritas are provided "as is". Antique Identifier Veritas makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Antique Identifier Veritas does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its App or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this App.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Antique Identifier Veritas or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Antique Identifier Veritas's App, even if Antique Identifier Veritas or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of our App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the App and informs users of our data collection practices.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate;
• To submit false or misleading information;
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the App.

9. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Antique Identifier Veritas's App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Antique Identifier Veritas does not warrant that any of the materials on its App are accurate, complete, or current. Antique Identifier Veritas may make changes to the materials contained on its App at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
